This film demonstrates the combined management of corneal decompensation in a 60-year-old patient with a prior AC-IOL. The procedure included AC-IOL explantation, Yamane scleral fixation of a PCIOL, and DSEK in a single session. Surgical pearls, graft handling, and postoperative outcome are highlighted, showing vision restored from CF to 0.1
