Aiming to create an effective yet relatively seamless way to remove scar tissue post-glaucoma surgery, this project discusses an innovative technique of inserting a 6-0 polypropylene suture into the intrascleral space intra-operatively and removing it and associated scar tissue post-operatively. This serves as an alternative to conventional methods of scar tissue removal with ophthalmic devices.
