Patient with recurrent uveitis glaucoma hyphema (UGH) syndrome secondary to dense Soemmerring’s ring (S-ring). S-ring removal, PPV, and IOL exchange with the ISHF-IOL (Yamane) technique were performed, highlighting the surgical management for S-ring-induced UGH.
