This video shows a case of IOL exchange to eliminate negative dysphotopsia in a 52-year-old man whose initial cataract surgery was one year ago. Malyugin ring was used. The nasal haptic was left in place due to difficulty dislodging it. A CTR was placed, and a 3-piece silicone IOL was inserted in the reverse optic capture configuration. Immediate resolution of negative dysphotopsia was reported.
