This course will provide a step-by-step guide to pterygium surgery, covering basic pathophysiology from a surgical perspective. It details management options including conjunctival autograft with fibrin glue and autologous blood, surgical planning with coexisting cataract, approaches to recurrent pterygium, and prevention and management of complications.
