Cataract Awareness Month continues, this week with a focus on the important work of the ASCRS Foundation’s Operation Sight program and the opportunities there are to take #ASCRScatarACTION and get involved with providing charitable cataract surgery to those in need. Operation Sight has provided more than 7,000 cataract surgeries through a nationwide network of more than 750 volunteer surgeons committed to caring for those who could not otherwise afford this life-changing surgery.
