Take Your Practice from Good to Great

ASCRS and ASOA are excited to announce the return of the Business of Refractive Cataract Surgery (BRiCS) Summit—October 3–5 in Chicago, Illinois. This deep-dive course will help you grow your advanced-technology IOL practice with confidence!

Enrollment is limited—the small class size facilitates better learning, discussion, and ongoing support. Register early to ensure a spot for your practice team.

“I have essentially doubled my conversion percentage, which was my initial goal. I do believe one aspect that I (and probably others) overlook is the confidence factor. I gained more confidence in the ATIOLs just from hearing about personal experiences from [Dr. Vance Thompson] and all the others that spoke at the conference.” —Jeff Holt, MD, 2024 BRiCS attendee, Holt Eye Clinic, Arkansas

New Webinar on Cancer Therapeutics and Their Risk to Corneal and Anterior Segment Health

A new webinar sponsored by the ASCRS Cornea Clinical Committee focuses on new cancer therapeutics and their effect on corneal and anterior segment health.

In “Antibody Drug Conjugates—An Emerging Class of Cancer Therapeutics Which Pose Risks to Corneal and Anterior Segment Health,” moderators Naveen Rao, MD, and Winston Chamberlain, MD, along with speakers Kamran Riaz, MD, Stella Kim, MD, and Farooq Asim, MD, discuss just what antibody drug conjugates are and what they’re used for. The faculty then reviews the possible complications and adverse reactions within the anterior segment that are associated with these drugs. They also provide a communication algorithm with the oncologist, including considerations for dose or frequency changes.

This webinar is approved for 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Access the educational program here.
