This video demonstrates the innovative use of DSAEK graft and phacoemulsification in a patient with mature cataract and corneal decompensation following a corneal melt with tissue adhesive glue in situ. We demonstrate the challenges faced at every step along with teaching pearls on how to tackle these problems. This is a novel technique to restore sight and integrity in a compromised cornea.
