In this video, we review etiologies, manifestations, and surgical treatment of iris cysts. We also show our preferred surgical technique for an iris cyst in a patient with Sturge-Weber syndrome and multiple previous glaucoma surgeries. The surgery of cyst drainage, alcohol injection, and cryotherapy resulted in complete resolution of the cyst with no recurrence in >1 year of follow up.
