A non-incisional femtosecond trabeculotomy system with proprietary live HD gonioscopic and OCT imaging enables real-time visualization and precise targeting of the trabecular meshwork for creating a 500µmx200µm trabeculotomy channel. A first in human study demonstrated a mean IOP reduction from 21.4 ± 4.6 mmHg pre-op to 15.2 ± 2.5 mmHg (p < 0.001) at 36 months with sustained patent trabeculotomies
