This video demonstrates the management of a complex firearm trauma case involving multiple challenges, corneal tear, traumatic cataract with posterior capsule rupture, glaucoma & an intravitreal foreign body. The patient underwent corneal tear repair, cataract surgery, simultaneous IOFB removal via the anterior approach & later visual rehabilitation with PCIOL using the modified Yamane technique.
