Bilateral haptic slippage of a three-piece IOL post intrascleral fixation. Haptics were fixed to the sclera, while IOL optic rested on the retina. Posterior vitrectomy to retrieve the IOL to the AC Haptics were repositioned within the IOL optic track and secured via green endo laser welding. Optic decentration was corrected by modifying one optic with the endo laser until satisfactory centration.
