Canaloplasty is done using the illuminated microcatheter which is a challenge for many surgeons in resource constrained regions. Thank fully, the procedure can be done with prolene sutures which are available and popularized by ab interno trabeculotomy. This video will demonstrate the indications, technique and outcomes of suture canaloplasty and its role in glaucoma practice in the world of MIGS.
