A 47-year-old male with a history of ocular trauma developed a mycotic ulcer. Post-treatment, he presented with a corneal leucoma, iris synechiae to the endothelium, 360-degree anterior synechiae, and a partially resorbed cataract. He underwent a combined procedure including synechiolysis, phacoemulsification, anterior vitrectomy, and IOL implantation, resulting in a successful outcome.
