This video demonstrates that anterior capsular tears can occur at every step of phaco procedure, from trypan blue staining, rhexis in white intumescent cataract, with anterior capsule plaque, to hydrodisscetion, sculpting, chopping, fragment removal, cortex and OVD removal, and IOL implantation. Each complication was successfully managed with safe completion.
