We make the case for post-surgical IOL power adjustment in eyes with indwelling iris prostheses via in vitro study of PerfectLens treatment of combined IOL/iris prosthesis complexes. Multiple PerfectLens treatment paradigms were applied to IOLs with differing indexes of refraction and chromophore content. We provide a model for post-implant adjustment in eyes with poorly dilating pupils.
