A 21-year-old with Globe Rupture had Raw trauma score of 16, OTS 1; Type 1, Zone 3, Grade 5 with RAPD+. Prognosis was 2% for ≥6/60 and 1% for ≥6/12; He was asised evisceration at two centres. Prompt primary repair with intra vitreal drugs,followed by vitrectomy, laser,and silicone oil, restored BCVA 6/12 at 3 months, showing even OTS 1 eyes can be salvaged hence attempted prompt primary repair.
