This video presents the complex approach to cataract surgery with toric lens in an eye with a double anterior chamber caused by retained Descemet membrane after DALK converted to PKP (due to perforation). It shows pre-operative evaluation and planning (including photos and imaging) as well as surgical footage illustrating the use of trypan blue for membrane removal followed by phacoemulsification.
