Patient with severe SJS treated in the 90s with allograft limbal stem cells in the OS from his sister in Miami, followed by a penetrating keratoplasty, cataract surgery and tarsorrhaphies. We completed fornices reformation and buccal mucosa autotransplantation covered by amnion.Patient reached HM vision in day 4 post-op from bare light perception with temporal and central projections pre-op.
