We demonstrate the first single-platform femtosecond laser CAIRS procedure on the VisuMax 500 (ZEISS) as a novel surgical option for keratoconus. Both donor preparation and host tunnel creation are performed on one platform. This novel approach eliminates the need for additional equipment like trephines or preprepared tissue, improving accessibility, reproducibility and customizability.
