Case description: This is a case of a patient with a history of uveitis who was found to have significant zonular loss during the surgery. The cataract was removed after a lengthy procedure, and then the patient was brought back the following week to place a lens with the use of an Ahmed capsular segment.

Case description: This is a discussion regarding the development of post-operative malignant glaucoma and how to manage it. This contains background information regarding the development of malignant glaucoma as well as the surgical management to relieve the block and return the eye to a normal chamber dept, pressure, and lens diaphragm position.
