1.The approximate location of positive tumor margins as identified by pathology was marked.
2. A dummy plaque was used to approximate the location of the plaque, with 5-0 nylon preplaced sutures.
3. The radioactive plaque was then secured with the preplaced sutures.
4. A temporary tarsorrhaphy using 5-0 nylon.
5. A modified van Lint block .was given, followed by ointment, patch and lead shield.
